Jim's understanding of Excellence in Client Service stems from his years of experience. He began his Real Estate career in 1992. Following the foot steps of his Family who have done Real Estate in the area that began in the 1950's. Born and raised in Maple Ridge  has allowed Jim to see the many changes that have occurred in and around the community. This definitely is a strong advantage for Jim to help clients find the right fit.

Jim knows how critically important the process of Buying or Selling a home is to his clients. With that in mind, Jim is always available to give 110% of his attention and to make the process as easy as possible.

Jim is married with 2 children, he has spent much time around and on the Ice, while coaching as well as playing Hockey. In his spare time Jim could be found fishing or playing golf.
